PenduGPT provides immediate digital enrollment for flat ₹997 (80% discount slashed from previous class price ₹5,000), granting students instant lifetime access to the complete Google Drive course folder, 7 practical HD classes, 1 Final Capstone project, 100+ tested AI website prompt templates, all source code starter kits, and client outreach handover kits.

Because digital downloads, Google Drive shared folders, and proprietary developer templates are non-returnable upon instant electronic delivery, change-of-mind refund requests after accessing or downloading the course materials are not accepted.

2. Valid Refund Scenarios

We prioritize customer satisfaction and trust. Refunds are guaranteed under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Transactions: If your bank account or UPI was debited multiple times for the same order due to a network glitch.
• Payment Debited But Access Not Granted: If payment was successfully debited but our system failed to deliver masterclass folder access on WhatsApp/email, and our technical support team is unable to resolve your access within 48 hours of reporting.
